Robert has over 20 years in financial service sales, service, product innovation, and marketing leadership experience. He has demonstrated success in business strategy design & execution, product development, customer acquisition/retention, incentive program development, sales leadership, and marketing strategy design & implementation. His clients & employers have experienced double digit sales growth, reduction in attrition, and improvement in customer satisfaction to industry leading levels (as measured by the American Customer Satisfaction Institute).
Robert has extensive product innovation success. This includes the Visa Payroll Card, Internet & telephone bill pay products, business & retail deposit products.
